Return & Exchanges Policy
LAUNCH BABY Boutique wants you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you do not love your purchase, you may exchange the item within 7 days of receiving it. All original tags must be attached, and the item must be unworn, unaltered and in it's original condition. There are no refunds, only store credit.
STORE CREDIT will only be issued after the merchandise is received and inspected.
Return packages must be postmarked 7
days from the date you received your package. We do not offer return shipping labels. All returns are processed for store credit of the original purchase item/s exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise credit should the customer choose to return an item.

In the unfortunate circumstance that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for store credit to be honored.
